Pauline Meredith-King and Martin Sargent founded AchievementPlus in 1999 to provide business owners with support and practical solutions for their business.

This experience has seen the emergence of Snapbusiness as the brand moving through 2009 and beyond. Meet the energetic and highly skilled Directors.

Pauline opened her first business at the age of 24 in the service and retail sector and went on to develop several businesses and win many awards.

“I understand the day to day challenges of running a business and what is required to be successful.”

With strong interests in Business Development, Marketing  and Psychology, Pauline has a passion to find answers that will allow all Snap! clients unlock their true potential, remove stress from their lives and allow them to achieve their dreams. “

Education through leadership and coaching are her formulas for accelerated success and as a dynamic and passionate speaker Pauline brings a fresh, no frills approach to business development.

The ability to ‘set a course’ that leads to desired outcomes is critical to any business success and Pauline is committed to empowering business owners to achieve in all aspects of their business and personal lives.

“ In order to grow a business first we need to grow the business owners and leaders.” This is what Pauline loves to do.

Ongoing training and development is extremely important to Pauline and recently she achieved the Institute of Accredited Business Consultants highest recognition having qualified as an IABC APEC Accredited Consultant. This is the benchmark throughout the Asia Pacific Economic Community for Business Consultants

Martin is passionate about working alongside business owners to achieve their true potential. 

With vast experience both at the corporate level and in the small to medium business environment, Martin’s refreshing and dynamic approach has benefited business owners from all over New Zealand.

Martin enjoys the business planning process of business and has developed a number of unique processes that accelerate the outcomes for business owners.

His other passion is ensuring business gets value for money out of their website design and development. To this end Martin has developed Snap’s own website design and development process as well as specialising in the optimisation of websites to ensure they have every chance of being up there in the search engine competition.

Management of any business debt is crucial and processes to eliminate unwanted debt is just as important. Martin spearheads the debt elimination / wealth creation system being offered by Snapbusiness.

Finally, Martin has a unique presentation style that will ensure you enjoy the wide range of workshops being offered by Snapbusiness.

 Ashley Meyer joined Snapbusiness in 2010 as our new Office Manager.

She's a source of cheerful and innovative support for the Snap directors and clients, and offers comprehensive understanding of business and marketing functions.

She recently earned her BA in International Business from Richmond, the American International University in London. She looks forward to developing knowledge and experience on how SMEs operate within New Zealand and to earning her Masters degree in Business Development in the future.
